COHORT SERVICE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE

By clicking "I Agree," "Purchase," or completing the checkout process, you ("Client," "Learner") agree to enter into this Service Agreement with LEARNWITHSALMAN SOLUTIONS - FZCO, known as LearnWithSalman Solutions ("Company," "We," "Us," "Learning Partner"), led by Salman Alhiary.

 

1. NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP (TRAINING VS. CONSULTING)

You acknowledge that this is an intensive, group-based educational program (Cohort), not a "Done-For-You" Consulting or Professional Services contract.

  • Our Role: To act as your Learning Partner, providing high-level education, architectural strategy, field-ready templates, and lab-based demonstrations for Cisco Data Center technologies.
  • Your Role: You are responsible for attending, implementing, and applying these concepts in your own environment, your employer's, or your customer's environment.

 

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES & COHORT DURATION

The exact curriculum is detailed on the specific Landing Page and Checkout Page for the Cohort you purchased.

  • Duration:
    • The 10-Day ACI Sprint: Runs for 10 training days (5 days, a weekend break, and 5 days) totaling 30 hours of live instruction.
    • The ACI Expert Playbook: Runs for 5 training days totaling 15 hours of live instruction.
  • Daily Structure: Each daily session lasts strictly 3 hours, divided into four 45-minute focus blocks with scheduled breaks.
  • Delivery: Sessions are conducted virtually via the LearnWithSalman platform.
  • Capacity: To ensure quality and direct mentorship, cohorts are strictly capped at 12 Learners.
  • Recordings & Access: All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to your Learner library within 12 hours. Access to these specific recordings is valid for strictly 6 months (180 days) from the final day of the cohort. After this period, recordings will expire and be removed from your account.

 

3. BRING YOUR OWN LAB (BYOL) POLICY

This is a hands-on implementation bootcamp. You explicitly agree to the following technical requirements:

  • What We Provide: LearnWithSalman Solutions provides the professional topology files, startup configurations, and lab guides.
  • What You Provide: You are solely responsible for providing your own Lab environment (e.g., ACI Simulator, EVE-NG, GNS3, or Cisco CML) with sufficient hardware resources.
  • Support Limit: We do not provide IT support for your underlying server hardware, cloud billing, or hypervisor installation.

 

4. ATTENDANCE & RESCHEDULING

Because this is a live group event, the schedule is fixed and cannot be altered for individual Learners.

  • Missed Sessions: If you miss a session, the cohort will continue. You are expected to watch the recording in your portal to catch up before the next session.
  • No Rollovers: Missed live hours cannot be "rolled over" into 1:1 coaching sessions or future cohorts.

 

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Because cohorts are strictly capped at 12 seats, your enrollment reserves a spot that cannot be sold to another engineer at the last minute.

  • Payment: Full payment is required via the checkout page to secure your seat.
  • Refunds Before Start: You may request a full refund if you cancel your enrollment at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the first session.
  • No Refunds After Commencement: Once the 72-hour pre-cohort window has passed, or after the cohort has officially begun, no refunds will be issued. This includes failure to attend, inability to set up your BYOL environment, or work emergencies.

 

 6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY (PRODUCTION NETWORKS)

You acknowledge that LearnWithSalman Solutions provides educational advice based on lab environments and best practices.

  • Production Risks: Applying any configurations, templates, or changes discussed during the cohort to a live production network is done entirely at your own risk.
  • Indemnification: You release LearnWithSalman Solutions and Salman Alhiary from any liability regarding network outages, downtime, or financial loss resulting from your application of the training. Always test in a non-production environment first.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Materials: Any worksheets, slides, topologies, lab files, custom scripts, templates, or recordings provided are the intellectual property of LearnWithSalman Solutions.
  • License: You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning and career development.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell, share, publish, or distribute our proprietary materials or recordings to third parties or colleagues.

 

8. CONFIDENTIALITY & CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Group Privacy: You agree to keep all information shared by other Learners during live sessions strictly confidential.
  • Professionalism: We foster a respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove you from sessions without refund if you engage in disruptive or unprofessional behavior.  

 

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
