COACHING SERVICE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE

By clicking "I Agree," "Purchase," or completing the checkout process, you ("Client," "You") agree to enter into this Service Agreement with LEARNWITHSALMAN SOLUTIONS - FZCO, known as LearnWithSalman Solutions ("Company," "We," "Us," "Mentor"), led by Salman Alhiary.

 

1. NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP (COACHING VS. CONSULTING)

You acknowledge that this is a Coaching and Mentoring engagement, not a "Done-For-You" Consulting or Professional Services contract.

  • Our Role: To provide education, guidance, strategy, explanation of concepts (e.g., Cisco ACI, VXLAN, Ansible), and lab-based demonstrations to help you achieve technical mastery.
  • Your Role: You are responsible for the execution, implementation, and application of these concepts in your own environment or your employer's or customer environment.

 

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The services provided are detailed on the specific Checkout Page or Landing Page from which you purchased, e.g., "1:1 Data Center Mentorship (Single Session)".

  • Delivery: Sessions are conducted virtually via Kajabi Built-in live video software.
  • Duration: Sessions are strictly limited to the time purchased (e.g., 60 minutes). Any time overage is at the discretion of the Mentor or may require an additional purchase.
  • Expiration: All coaching sessions must be utilized by December 31st of the calendar year following the year of purchase (e.g., sessions purchased on Feb 15, 2025, will expire on Dec 31, 2026).
  • Refunds on Expiration: Unused sessions are refundable in accordance with the calculation and terms defined in Section 4.

 

3. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Your time and the Mentor's time are valuable. To ensure efficiency, the following policies apply:

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation: You must provide at least 2 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 2 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend the scheduled call, the session will be forfeited and counted as "delivered." No refund or reschedule will be provided.
  • Late Arrival: If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. We are unable to extend the session to compensate for your late arrival.

 

4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • Payment: Full payment is required before the commencement of the coaching engagement via the checkout page.
  • Refunds on Unused Sessions: We understand that your learning needs may change. You may request a refund for any unused sessions that have not yet been scheduled, or that were canceled in accordance with our 2-hour notice policy (Section 3).
  • Bundle Breakage & Recalculation: If you purchased a multi-session package (Bundle) at a discounted rate and request a refund for the remaining sessions, the "volume discount" is forfeited.
    • Any sessions already delivered (or forfeited due to late cancellation/no-show) will be recalculated at the Standard Single-Session Rate of $224.99 USD.
    • The refund amount will be calculated as: [Total Amount Paid] - ([Number of Used Sessions] x $224.99)
    • If the recalculated value of the used sessions exceeds the total amount paid, no refund will be issued, but no additional payment will be required.
  • Processing: Refund requests must be sent via email. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY (CRITICAL FOR NETWORK ENGINEERS)

You explicitly acknowledge that LearnWithSalman Solutions provides educational advice based on lab environments and best practices.

  • Production Risks: You agree that applying any configurations, scripts (Ansible/Python), or architectural changes discussed during coaching to a live production network is done entirely at your own risk.
  • Indemnification: You release LearnWithSalman Solutions and Salman Alhiary from any liability regarding network outages, data loss, downtime, or financial loss that may occur as a result of your interpretation or application of the advice given. We always recommend testing in a non-production environment first.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Materials: Any worksheets, slide decks, custom scripts, templates, or recordings provided to you during the coaching relationship are the intellectual property of LearnWithSalman Solutions.
  • License: You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning and career development.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell, share, publish, or distribute our proprietary materials, methodologies, or recordings to third parties or use them to create a competing training product.

 

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Client Data: LearnWithSalman Solutions agrees to keep confidential any specific network diagrams, IP addressing schemes, or proprietary business challenges you share with us during the session, unless required by law.
  • Session Recordings: If sessions are recorded (based on your request), they are for your personal review only and may not be posted publicly (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn) without express written permission from us.

 

8. CODE OF CONDUCT

We foster a professional and respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement immediately, without refund, if the Client engages in behavior that is harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or unprofessional.

 

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
